In the Cora Stafford Gallery, gallery receptionist and UNT senior Lauren Drew views a piece featured in the 65th Paul Voertman Juried Student Exhibition. The piece was created by MFA Sculpture student Nadin Nassar, titled "razed ground".
University of North Texas sophomores Athena Fortunatti, Kacie Sprowl, and Felicity Juarez sled down a hill on campus riding plastic bin lids on Sunday, January 25, 2026. In the days that followed, icy snow blanketed most of North Texas as freezing temperatures persisted, keeping students out of class.
